رَصد يقيس نقل البيانات والاستجابة إلى خوادم القياس التي يديرها المشروع. الفحص يستهلك بيانات الإنترنت، وتظهر لك حدود الفحص قبل تشغيله. لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى حساب.
الفحص القياسي. يعالج الخادم عنوان الاتصال العام لتقديم الخدمة وحماية حدود الاستخدام. من دون المساهمة الاختيارية، لا يحفظ رَصد عنوان IP في سجل القياس. تُحفظ بيانات الجلسة والقياسات الأساسية لمدة تصل إلى 24 ساعة. الأرقام تصف النقل والاستجابة إلى عقدة القياس؛ لا تثبت وحدها سبب عطل أو السرعة القصوى التي يستطيع مزوّدك تقديمها.
هوية الشبكة. قد يقارن الخادم عنوان الاتصال العام الذي يراه بنسخ محلية من بيانات IPtoASN وDB-IP Lite ليعرض رقم الشبكة المستقلة (ASN) واسمها من المصدر، وتاريخ البيانات ونسبتها. قد يظهر تلميح بلد تقريبي فقط عندما تدعمه بيانات DB-IP المصرّح بها. لا يرسل عنوانك إلى هذين المصدرين لإجراء البحث، ولا يحفظ نتيجة البحث مع جلسة غير مساهمة. تلميح البلد لا يثبت موقعك الفعلي أو مسار الاتصال، واسم ASN لا يثبت مزوّد اشتراكك. إذا كانت البيانات قديمة أو متعارضة أو غير متاحة، يظهر «غير معروف».
Private Relay. قد يقارن الخادم عنوان الاتصال أيضاً بنسخة محلية من نطاقات Apple Private Relay المنشورة. لا يرسل عنوانك إلى Apple لهذا البحث، ولا يخزّن حقول الموقع الموجودة في المصدر. التطابق يخص عنوان الخروج الذي رآه خادم رَصد؛ لا يثبت إعداد جهازك أو مزوّد اشتراكك الأصلي. عدم التطابق لا ينفي استخدام VPN أو وسيلة ترحيل أخرى.
الفحص المعمّق. يتطلب موافقة منفصلة قبل التشغيل. قد يضيف فحوصاً خفيفة إلى أهداف معتمدة، بحسب إمكانات جهازك وخطتك. تظهر الفحوص غير المتاحة بصراحة. من دون المساهمة، تبقى مدة الاحتفاظ ببياناته الشخصية 24 ساعة.
المساهمة الاختيارية. يمكنك الموافقة على استخدام التشخيص لتحسين فهم الشبكات. عندها قد يحتفظ الخادم بعنوان IP مشفّراً لمدة تصل إلى 14 يوماً، وبتفاصيل التشخيص المساهم به لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً. عند موافقتك على غرض احتساب المساهمين، ينشئ التطبيق رمزاً عشوائياً في التخزين الآمن لتمييز فحوص هذا التثبيت المتكررة. يحفظ الخادم بصمة محمية بالمفتاح، وليس الرمز الأصلي، ويربط بها الجلسات التي وافقت على المساهمة بها لمدة لا تزيد على 90 يوماً. هذا ليس معرّف إعلان أو إثباتاً لعدد الأشخاص. يمكنك إعادة ضبط الرمز لمنع ربط الفحوص الجديدة بالسابقة؛ حذف الربط والسجلات السابقة يتطلب طلب حذف تشخيصات الخادم. هذا الاختيار مستقل عن الفحص المعمّق وعن حفظ السجل على جهازك. إيقافه يمنع المساهمات الجديدة؛ حذف السجلات السابقة يتم من الإعدادات عبر «حذف تشخيصات الخادم».
السجل والحذف. حفظ النتائج على جهازك اختياري. حذف السجل المحلي وحذف بيانات الخادم عمليتان منفصلتان. يحتفظ التطبيق بمفاتيح حذف خاصة في التخزين الآمن للجهاز لكي يطلب حذف جلساته من الخادم؛ لا تدرج هذه المفاتيح في النتائج أو المشاركة. إذا فشل الاتصال أثناء طلب الحذف، يحتفظ التطبيق بالمفتاح لإعادة المحاولة. حذف التطبيق أو فقدان الجهاز قد يزيل وسيلة طلب حذف الجلسة مبكراً؛ تبقى مدد الاحتفاظ التلقائية سارية.
استعادة دفعة قياس مكتملة. إذا اكتملت قياسات الفحص الأساسي وتعذر إرسال دفعتها، قد يحتفظ التطبيق مؤقتاً في التخزين الآمن للجهاز بما لا يزيد على ثلاث دفعات مكتملة وبحجم إجمالي لا يتجاوز 128 كيلوبايت. تضم الدفعة طلب الإرسال الأصلي وإيصالات القياس ومفتاح جلسة المشارك اللازم لإعادة إرسال الطلب نفسه، ولا تضم عنوان IP الخام أو ملف وسائط. يحفظ التطبيق وقت اكتمال الفحص المحلي مع اعتبار ثقة ساعة الجهاز غير معروفة؛ ووقت استلام الخادم منفصل عنه. يمكنك اختيار إعادة المحاولة أو تجاهل الدفعة عند فتح التطبيق مجدداً. لا تبدأ إعادة المحاولة فحصاً جديداً، ولا تتجاوز انتهاء الجلسة الأصلي الذي لا يزيد على خمس دقائق. تُمحى الدفعة عند قبولها أو انتهاء الجلسة أو رفض التخويل نهائياً أو مسح بيانات الخصوصية. لا يُعرض وقت الفحص المحلي على أنه وقت حدث مؤكد في تحليلات الخادم.
بيانات اشتراكك. إذا اخترت حفظ اسم الاشتراك أو معدلاته المعلنة أو تاريخ التجديد، فتبقى في التخزين الآمن لهذا الجهاز، بشكل منفصل عن سجل النتائج. يمكنك حذفها من شاشة الشبكة. لا يرسل رَصد هذه الحقول إلى الخادم ولا يتحقق من دليل الاشتراكات. لا تظهر المقارنة إلا بعد تأكيد الاشتراك للاتصال الحالي واكتمال نقل بيانات مدته ثلاث ثوانٍ على الأقل؛ ولا تثبت المقارنة وحدها سعة الاشتراك أو وجود عطل فيه.
تفاصيل الاتصال الاختيارية. يمكنك حفظ سعر الاشتراك وعملته وتاريخ سريانه وطراز الموجّه ونوع الاتصال وطريقة التوصيل والمحافظة والعَرَض وسبب الفحص، بشكل اختياري ومنفصل على هذا الجهاز. هذه تصريحات منك، لا بيانات شبكة موثقة. تُحفظ في التخزين الآمن، ولا تُضمّن تلقائياً في القياسات أو المساهمة أو المشاركة، ولا تُرسل إلى رَصد. لا يطلب هذا النموذج موقع GPS أو عنوان منزل. يمكنك حذفها من بطاقة تفاصيل الاتصال أو عند مسح البيانات المحلية من الإعدادات.
المشاركة. المشاركة لا تحدث إلا عندما تختارها، وتفتح لوحة المشاركة في جهازك. ينشئ التطبيق نصاً أو صورة محلية للنتيجة، وقد يحتفظ بملف صورة مؤقت داخل ذاكرته المخصّصة للمشاركة. لا تتضمن المشاركة عنوان IP أو مفاتيح الجلسة أو موقعاً دقيقاً، ولا تُرفع الصورة تلقائياً إلى رَصد. بعد اختيار تطبيق مستلم تنطبق طريقة تعامله مع الملف؛ راجع ما تشاركه قبل الإرسال.
فحص الوصول إلى الخدمات. بعد موافقتك على بدء هذا الفحص، يتصل هاتفك مباشرة بالخدمات التي تختارها من الدليل المعتمد لإجراء فحوص محدودة لأسماء النطاقات والاتصال المشفّر، وقد يطلب مورداً صغيراً معتمداً عبر HTTPS عند توفره. قد يشمل الدليل Google وCloudflare وYouTube وFacebook وInstagram وWhatsApp وTikTok وNetflix، إضافة إلى خادم رَصد. يرى مشغّل الخدمة عنوان اتصالك العام كما في أي اتصال اعتيادي. لا يحتفظ التطبيق بمحتوى الصفحات أو استجابة Cloudflare التشخيصية، ولا يرسل نتائج هذا الفحص إلى رَصد في هذا الإصدار. تصف النتائج الوصول إلى الوجهة المحددة؛ ولا تثبت تعطل الخدمة بالكامل أو وجود مخزن محلي أو سرعته.
تنزيل موارد الخدمات الاختياري. يبدأ فقط عندما تختار المورد وتضغط البدء، وبحد إجمالي 150 ميغابايت لكل تشغيل وحد أصغر لكل مورد. يتصل هاتفك بمضيف المورد مباشرة، فيرى ذلك المضيف عنوان اتصالك العام. إذا أدخلت رابط وسائط يدوياً، يبقى في ذاكرة التطبيق لهذا التشغيل فقط ولا يُرسل إلى واجهة رَصد البرمجية أو سجلاتها أو سجل النتائج. لا تُرسل ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ولا تُتبع إعادة التوجيه؛ تُهمل أجسام الاستجابة بعد عدّ البيانات، ولا تُرفع نتائج التنزيل إلى رَصد. أي بيانات DNS يوفرها خادم رَصد عن مضيف ثابت تصف فحص الخادم ولا تثبت مسار هاتفك إلى المورد.
أدوات الفحص اليدوي. عندما تختار فحص DNS أو Ping أو مسار الاتصال، يُرسل اسم النطاق أو العنوان العام الذي تدخله إلى خدمة رَصد المعزولة لتنفيذ فحص محدود من خادم المشروع، وليس من هاتفك. عند فحص DNS، يتلقى محلّل الأسماء الذي تختاره — محلّل الخادم أو Google أو Cloudflare — اسم النطاق المطلوب. يرسل Ping وفحص المسار حزم تشخيص صغيرة إلى عنوان عام جرى التحقق منه. يعالج رَصد الوجهة والنتائج مؤقتاً ولا يحفظهما في قاعدة البيانات أو سجلات الخدمة؛ وتبقى النتائج داخل ذاكرة التطبيق أثناء الاستخدام. لحماية حدود الاستخدام، يحتفظ الخادم ببصمة رمز جلسة لمدة لا تتجاوز دقيقتين وببصمة محمية بمفتاح يومي لعنوان مصدر الطلب مع عدّادات الاستخدام لمدة لا تتجاوز يومين، وبعدادات الدقائق الإجمالية لمدة لا تتجاوز يوماً. قد يشترك عدة مستخدمين خلف عنوان إنترنت واحد بهذه الحدود؛ هذه البصمة ليست معرّف شخص. لا تثبت نتائج خادم رَصد مسار هاتفك أو وجود عطل لدى مزوّدك.
يحتفظ النظام بسجل محدود لطلب الحذف لمنع إرجاع البيانات المحذوفة عند استعادة نسخة احتياطية. بيانات المشروع ونسخه الاحتياطية محمية بضوابط وصول، والنسخ الاحتياطية التي ينشئها إجراء رَصد مـشفّرة ويحتفظ بها حتى 7 أيام إضافية بعد النسخ. تكون معزولة عن الاستخدام المعتاد، وتُعاد معالجة الحذف وانتهاء مدد الاحتفاظ قبل إتاحة البيانات المستعادة. لا يتضمن التطبيق الحالي إعلانات أو حسابات تسويقية أو SDK تحليلات لطرف ثالث.
RASD Privacy
Operator and publisher: THE THIRD ACT LLC. Disclosure version v7, 28 September 2026.
RASD measures data transfer and response time to project-operated measurement nodes. Tests use internet data; the app presents the test limits before starting. No account is required.
Standard test. The server processes the public connection address to deliver the service and enforce usage limits. Without optional contribution, RASD does not persist the IP address in the measurement record. Basic session and measurement records are retained for up to 24 hours. Results describe transfer performance and response time to the selected node; they do not establish the cause of a fault or the maximum capacity of your ISP connection.
Network identity. The server may compare the public connection address it observes with local copies of IPtoASN and DB-IP Lite data to show an autonomous system number (ASN), a source-supplied name, source date, and attribution. A coarse country hint appears only when supported by eligible DB-IP data. This lookup does not send your address to either source or attach the result to a non-contributing session. The country hint does not establish your physical location or connection path, and an ASN name is not proof of your subscription provider. Stale, conflicting, or unavailable evidence appears as Unknown.
Private Relay. The server may also compare the observed address with a locally cached Apple Private Relay egress range list. This lookup sends no participant address to Apple and stores none of the feed’s location fields. A match describes only the egress seen by RASD; it does not establish the device setting or underlying subscription provider. A non-match does not rule out a VPN or another relay.
Deep test. A separate affirmative choice is required before execution. Deep may add lightweight checks against approved targets, depending on the device and admitted plan. Unavailable methods are identified explicitly. Without contribution, personal Deep session records retain the same 24-hour lifetime.
Optional contribution. You can permit diagnostic data to improve network understanding. Contributed IP observations may be encrypted and retained for up to 14 days; contributed diagnostic details may be retained for up to 90 days. If you agree to the contributor-counting purpose, the app creates a random token in secure storage to distinguish repeated tests from this installation. The server stores a keyed digest, not the original token, linking opted-in sessions for no longer than 90 days. This is not an advertising identifier or proof of the number of people. Resetting the token prevents new tests from linking to the previous token; removing earlier links and records requires deleting server diagnostics. Contribution is separate from Deep and from local history. Disabling contribution prevents new contributions; remove earlier server records using “Delete server diagnostics” in Settings.
History and deletion. Local result history is optional. Deleting local reports and deleting server records are separate actions. The app keeps private deletion handles in the device's secure storage so it can authenticate deletion of its sessions; these handles are excluded from reports and sharing. Failed deletion requests retain their handles for retry. Removing the app or losing the device may remove your ability to request early session deletion; automatic server retention still applies.
Completed-batch recovery. If core measurements finish but their batch cannot be sent, the app may temporarily keep up to three completed batches totaling at most 128 KiB in device secure storage. Each contains the exact original request, measurement receipts and the participant session credential needed to resend it, but no raw IP address or media file. The app preserves the local test completion time with unknown device-clock confidence; server receipt time is separate. On reopening the app, you may choose Retry or Discard. Retry sends the same batch without new measurement traffic and never extends the original session expiry of at most five minutes. The batch is removed after acceptance, session expiry, permanent authorization rejection or privacy clear. Local test time is not presented as a verified server analytics event time.
Your declared plan. If you choose to save a plan name, advertised rates or renewal date, these fields remain in this device's secure storage, separately from result history. You can delete them from Network. RASD does not send these fields to its server or verify a plan catalogue. A comparison appears only after you confirm the plan for the current connection and a completed transfer lasts at least three seconds; the comparison alone does not establish subscription capacity or a fault.
Optional connection context. You may separately save a plan price and currency, effective date, router model, access technology, connection setup, governorate, symptom and test reason on this device. These are your declarations, not verified network facts. They use device secure storage and are not automatically included in measurements, contributions or shared reports, or sent to RASD. This form does not request GPS or a home address. Delete them in the connection-context card or when clearing local data in Settings.
Sharing. Sharing happens only when you choose it and opens the device’s share sheet. The app creates local report text or an image and may keep a temporary image in its share cache. Shared content excludes public IP addresses, session credentials and precise location; RASD does not automatically upload the image. Once you choose a receiving app, that app handles the shared file. Review what you share before sending.
Service reachability checks. After you affirmatively start this check, your phone connects directly to the services you choose from the reviewed catalog for bounded DNS and TLS checks and, where available, a small approved HTTPS resource. The catalog may include Google, Cloudflare, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and Netflix, alongside the RASD server. Each contacted operator sees your public connection address, as with an ordinary connection. The app does not retain page content or the Cloudflare diagnostic response body, and this version does not send these results to RASD. Results describe reachability of the selected endpoint; they do not establish a service-wide outage or the presence or capacity of a local cache.
Optional service-resource downloads. A download starts only when you choose the resource and press Start. Each run has a 150 MB total cap and a smaller per-resource cap. Your phone connects directly to the resource host, which sees your public connection address. A manually entered media URL stays in app memory for that run only; it is not sent to the RASD API, logs or result history. The request sends no cookies and follows no redirects. Response bodies are discarded after byte counting, and download results are not uploaded to RASD. Any fixed-host DNS metadata supplied by the RASD server describes the server-side check, not your phone’s delivery path.
Manual diagnostic tools. When you choose DNS, Ping or Route, the hostname or public address you enter is sent to RASD's isolated service for a bounded check from the project server, not your phone. For DNS, your selected resolver — the server resolver, Google or Cloudflare — receives the requested hostname. Ping and Route send small diagnostic packets to a validated public address. RASD processes destinations and results transiently and does not store them in its database or service logs; results remain in the app's memory during use. To enforce abuse limits, the server retains a hashed session credential for no longer than two minutes, a daily keyed digest of the request's source address and its usage counters for no longer than two days, and aggregate minute counters for no longer than one day. People sharing one public internet address may share these limits; the digest is not a person identifier. Results from the RASD server do not establish your phone's route or a fault at your provider.
The system retains a limited deletion-case ledger to prevent deleted data from returning after a backup restore. Project records and backups have access controls; backups produced by the RASD backup procedure are encrypted and kept for up to 7 additional days after capture. They are isolated from routine use; deletion and retention expiry are reapplied before restored data becomes available. The current application includes no advertising, marketing accounts or third-party analytics SDK.
